Activist detained in Slutsk

Vital Amialkovich was detained near his house by the police at midnight on July 14.

As Vital told, he was requested to step into the car to go to the police station. A policeman who didn’t tell his name said that he saw how Vital was placing stickers near a shop.

In the police station, the precinct police officer drew up the protocol against him with rude violation. In particular, he didn’t explain to Amialkovich his rights.

Amialkovich is certain that this protocol has no legal effect. The civil activist was released in two hours after his detention, informs spring96.org.
